Clover Water Soluble / Iron Off White Marking Pen is for marking and copying detailed designs for applique, embroidery, sewing, and quilting. Markings can be easily removed with water or iron off. As the ink dries on the fabric, white markings will become more visible and will disappear upon ironing or spraying with water. Always try on scrap fabric first.
This works beautifully on dark wool and is what I use. Place wool on a hard surface, shake marker, and use quick short strokes to mark your stitching lines. Wait a few minutes and you'll see light lines appear as the marker dries. Embroider over the lines and iron off with light steam.
